It’s easy to just quit when it seems like things are not going the way that you intend for them. But maybe you just need to take some time to really do the work to figure out why your goals fail. It isn’t always a bad goal or that you can’t do the things. If you feel like your goals aren’t working it’s time to ask yourself why. This episode is to help you take a close internal look at yourself, ask the tough questions, and to do the work. I help you by sharing one of my personal goals and how I continued to keep going even when I wanted to give up. It’s one that you may not understand and actually question, Why would she do that? Don’t judge me, these are my goals! Everyone has different things they are working towards but you can apply these tips and strategies to prioritizing self care and many other areas of life.
