Especially now, it seems everywhere you look there is stress and anxiety, and it’s a challenge to find an outlet to just process what you are going through. It is happening to many people right now. Although there is no perfect one size fits all answer, there are some things that you can do today to help build your own self care toolbox. We all need some tools that we can activate in our day to day journey. That’s why this week I am excited to share some of my personal tools to help inspire and support you.
