Whether working remote or in person, there seems to be an overwhelming need for work life balance that includes meaningful self care. Of course, self care at work isn’t the number 1 priority for most employers, however it should be higher on your list of things to do. Creating even small moments for yourself into the day to day workload can be life changing. It’s not the typical conversation that is being had in most company board rooms, but today let’s get the conversation started about how we can do what is needed for self in our workday life.
This episode includes tools for creating opportunities for self care at work, inspiration to reduce, if not stop, doing ALL the things for everybody except you, and a challenge to identify soft places to land when you fall.
