This year has been filled with tough life moments, especially around the loss of loved ones and those we care about. Many of us are dealing with unspoken life stories. I am always saying self care has layers to it, and sometimes that means we have to get into some tough topics. That is why this week I had to bring back this episode because it is a message that you need to hear again because it still applies. Don’t worry it’s not filled with sadness, just filled with honest truths, and even a few laughs.
