There are so many things going on causing stress and anxiety every where we look. It is A LOT. That’s why this week, I wanted to share how I am working to recognize the things that don’t serve me in the moment and how I choose peace instead. I also share a quick checklist of questions that you can use in your daily life. I believe you will find it useful whenever you are in a position where you are challenged to choose how you prioritize what you need.
